ASCI Advertising Code


This Course begins with a module introducing the first ASCI Code outlining standards to ensure the truthfulness and honesty of representations and claims made by advertisements in order to safeguard against misleading advertisements.

The next module deals with the second ASCI Code which helps identify the standards laid down to ensure that advertisements are within bounds of generally acceptable levels of public decency and propriety.

The subsequent module dwells on the Code meant to safeguard against the indiscriminate use of advertising in situations or in the promotion of products which are regarded as hazardous or harmful to society.

The final module explains the Code to ensure that Advertisements observe fairness in competition so as not to be derogatory to competition or suggest plagiarism.
